Job Summary

• We are hiring a Human Resources Executive to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance tracking, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a structured and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support the onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support across HR matters.
• Track training programs and maintain development records.
• Assist with benefits administration (e.g., health insurance, leave).
• Support performance review processes and maintain related documents.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for management use.
• Provide administrative support: manage schedules, supplies, and HR events

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field (minimum 2:1).
• 1–3 years HR experience in a structured environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good understanding of HR best practices and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM) are an added advantage.
