Human Resources Coordinator at Asamaka Industries Ltd

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role. Good knowledge of HR policies, Employment and labour laws and regulation.
• Experience managing recruitment processes and coordinating multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Background in Engineering or experience in HR management across technical teams.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes.
• Strong skill in people management, culture shaping and coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
