The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. This role focuses on frontline workforce management, HR vendor governance, employee engagement and development, workforce risk management, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Frontline Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for frontline staff.
Engagement & Development: Design retention programs, training initiatives, and support performance evaluations with retail managers.
Workforce Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, mitigate risks (safety, disputes), and handle crisis situations.
HR Data & Insights: Analyze attrition, productivity, and engagement metrics to guide business decisions.
