    Human Resources Business Partner

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with line managers and business leaders to provide effective HR support and people solutions.
    • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee deployment.
    • Coordinate performance management processes and support performance improvement initiatives.
    • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Identify employee training and development needs and support the implementation of relevant initiatives.
    • Monitor and report HR metrics, including headcount, employee turnover, absenteeism and other workforce trends.
    • Implement HR policies, procedures and people-related initiatives across assigned business functions.
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.
    • Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
    • Prepare HR reports and provide relevant insights to support management decision-making.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing or other fast-paced business environments.
    • Sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment and general HR operations.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
    • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to operate with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
