    Human Resources Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and screening candidates.
    • Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
    • Maintain and organize employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
    • Support HR compliance by ensuring company policies align with labor laws and industry regulations.
    • Assist in processing payroll data, leave applications, and employee benefits.
    • Support the performance management process.
    • Coordinate training programs, including logistics and attendance tracking.
    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and HR-related events.
    • Address employee concerns and escalate issues to senior HR personnel when necessary.
    • Contribute to HR reportin andprocess improvement initiatives.
    • Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
