This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Human Resources Manager at Auldon Limited.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
This role will involve working closely with the management team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

HR Certifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information
Experience in the retail or toy industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
