Supervise the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on disciplinary actions and ensure fair resolution of grievances.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with all Nigerian labor laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Administer payroll, benefits, leave management, and compensation processes.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct HR audits and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodi Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives. Handle exit processes, including exit interviews and offboarding. Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Support internal and external HR audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is an advantage.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
