Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions related to the recruitment and administration of security personnel.
• This includes sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining compliance for candidates deployed to various client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for security roles
• Write and publish job adverts, screen CVs, and conduct interviews
• Perform background checks and validate documentation
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Provide HR support to deployed personnel and liaise with client representatives
• Assist with performance monitoring and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Prior experience working with security personnel or in a similar industry is an advantage
