The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions related to the recruitment and administration of security personnel.
This includes sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining compliance for candidates deployed to various client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for security roles
Write and publish job adverts, screen CVs, and conduct interviews
Perform background checks and validate documentation
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
Maintain HR records and documentation
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Provide HR support to deployed personnel and liaise with client representatives
Assist with performance monitoring and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of HR or recruitment experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
Prior experience working with security personnel or in a similar industry is an advantage
