Fixed Deposit Mobilization Officer at Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank

Job Summary:

The Fixed Deposit Mobilization Officer is responsible for sourcing and mobilizing fixed deposit funds from individuals, corporate bodies, and high-net-worth clients to grow the bank’s deposit base and ensure liquidity for lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to mobilize fixed deposits.
• Market the bank’s fixed deposit products to individuals, SMEs, associations, and corporate organizations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing deposit customers.
• Achieve assigned deposit mobilization targets monthly and quarterly.
• Provide clients with accurate information on interest rates, tenor options, and terms & conditions.
• Prepare and submit deposit mobilization reports to management.
• Monitor maturity dates and ensure timely renewal of deposits.
• Cross-sell other bank products and services where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and internal procedures.
• Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors
