Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management and maintain accurate persona records.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continous improvement.
• Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment .
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food and bevarge industry.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR roles
• Significant experience in the manufacturing sector is crucial
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
