Human Resource Operations Professional at FoliXx Hospitality

• FoLiXx Hospitality is looking for a high-capacity, solution-driven HR Operations professional who can build systems, solve people and operational problems, and use technology and AI to make HR faster, smarter and more accountable.
• This is not a conventional 9–5 HR role.
• We operate in the hospitality and entertainment industry, where business activities extend beyond traditional office hours.
• The ideal candidate must understand the demands of a fast-paced, multi-business environment and be able to respond effectively when people-related issues require attention.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, documentation and workforce administration.
• Effectively manage and optimise the company's HR Management System (HRMS/HRIS).
• Build practical HR systems, trackers, workflows and processes that improve accountability and reduce operational gaps.
• Identify HR and workforce problems early and develop practical solutions rather than waiting for issues to escalate.
• Drive performance tracking, KPIs, appraisals, PIPs and employee performance documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR matters are properly documented, assigned, tracked and closed.
• Use workforce data to identify trends in recruitment, performance, attendance, retention and employee movement.
• Work closely with business leaders and line managers across multiple hospitality operations.
• Improve HR reporting and provide management with clear, timely and actionable information.

AI & Technology Capacity:

• We are specifically looking for someone who understands how modern technology can improve HR productivity.
• You should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, reporting, data analysis, recruitment, communication and routine HR workflows while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and professional judgement.
• We are not looking for someone who simply uses AI to generate documents.
• We want someone who can identify repetitive work and build smarter ways of getting it done.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 6 years experience.
