Qualifications
Candidate should:

• Have a B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• Have at least 5 years working experience as a HR officer in any organization or must have worked in a microfinance bank.
• Possess a working Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Have a Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) certification.
