We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Compensation and Benefits Human Resource Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
Analyze compensation data and market trends to ensure our programs remain competitive and attract top talent
Design and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party benefits providers
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all compensation and benefits data
Provide support to employees regarding compensation and benefits issues and questions
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
Excellent data analytical skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
