We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager with a strong background in finance to join our team at Workcentral.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the company's HR initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Implement and manage compensation and benefits plans.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment between HR and financial goals.
Manage HR budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial data to make informed HR decisions and provide recommendations for cost-effective HR practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
Strong background in finance and experience working with financial data.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and HR systems.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
