    Human Resource Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
    • Managing employee benefits, compensation, payroll, and policies
    • Completing performance evaluations and overseeing disciplinary procedures
    • Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
    • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
    • Fluency in English and ability to speak Hausa language is necessary.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Sociology or any related field.
    • 10+ years of working experience, with specific emphasis on industry experience.
    • 35 - 50 years
    • Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
