Overview
The main responsibilities of the HR Manager will be to:

• Recruit for roles across the firm, including legal, sales, marketing and ops
• Ensure all our HR processes are helping the business run smoothly
• Work to maintain the happiness/engagement levels of the firm.

Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment:

• Oversee recruitment for roles across the firm
• Manage relationships with recruiters
• Manage the recruitment process
• Coordinate the teams who carry out the final interviews

Employee Development:

• Onboarding
• Training
• Career planning/progression
• Succession planning

Management:

• Design and implement effective HR systems/structures
• Measure and improve employee performance
• Manage staff issues; maintain employee happiness

Qualification / Experience

• Degree / Similar in HR, Business, Management, or related field
• At least 4 years HR manager experience
• Experience working with small businesses with a growing headcount across various departments
• Desirable: experience in legal, professional services and/or startups
• Desirable:experience of UK labour laws advantageous
