Human Resource Manager at Medical Art Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
• Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and collaborate with department heads to ensure employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
• Facilitate the design and implementation of MART GROUP’s performance management framework to ensure it is objective, equitable, transparent, and merit-driven
• Develop and implement effective talent attraction, retention, and performance management systems and procedures, to drive performance
• Maintain close working relationships with clinic managers and proactively identify and ensure prompt response to their human capital needs
• Oversee the planning and forecasting of MART Group’s workforce requirement, including the tracking and monitoring of its organization structure, up-to-date job descriptions, and manning levels
• Champion the formulation and ensure effective implementation of strategies and plans to identify, select and hire the best talent to meet the manpower needs of MART Group
• Facilitate the design and implementation of strategies and policies aimed at proactively planning and managing the careers of MART Group’s workforce to ensure a proper balance between personal and organizational goals.
• Supervise the design and implementation of need-based, cost-effective learning and development strategies to support the MART Group’s business goals and improve corporate performance
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, and authorize salary disbursement 
• Champion and facilitate the development and dissemination of MART Group’s human capital management policies to ensure they are relevant, responsive, up-to-date, and properly understood and complied with
• Intervene and assist in resolving significant/complex disciplinary cases, appeals, and related service delivery issues
• Foster a conducive working climate by building and maintaining proactive relationships with employees to understand and manage their needs and concerns, consistent with MART Group’s corporate goals
• Establish and maintain a framework to foster regular organizational communication within and across functions 
• Facilitate the design and implementation of strategies and policies aimed at proactively planning and managing the careers of MART Group’s workforce to ensure a proper balance between personal and organizational goals.

 Qualifications and Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
•  Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Human Resource Management
•  Membership in relevant professional bodies is a must (CIPM)
•  Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
•  Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
