Human Resource Manager, Ibese Plant at Dangote

Dangote Cement Plc, a leading conglomerate in Nigeria, is seeking an engaging Human Resource Manager to join their team. As the Human Resource Manager in our Ibese Cement Plant, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing HR policies and programs to ensure the efficient management of human resources for the Plant.

In this position, you will collaborate with functional heads within the Plant to enhance workforce planning, track and monitor manning levels, and keep attrition rates at a minimum. You will also be responsible for implementing career and performance management practices, providing guidance to the Plant's management on HR issues, and performing other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Professional qualification in HR Management, such as Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR work experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of HR management processes, including organization development, manpower planning, and recruitment
• Strong understanding of employee and industrial relations, as well as labor and employment legislations in Nigeria
• Leadership and relationship management skills
