    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resource Manager (HRM) to oversee all HR functions of the organization.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
    • Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance management.
    • Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and staff records.
    • Lead training and capacity-building programs.
    • Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development.
    • Promote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture.
    • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
