Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• The HR intern will provide administrative support to the HR Operations team.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer incoming request and enquirers from the staff
• Provide support with filling and updates of staff records.
• Coordinate the administration of staff surveys.
• Update internal database with employee information.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Analytic skills
• Excellent communication skill- written, oral and presentation.
• Proficiency in MS office and word
• Interpersonal and team working abilities.
• Prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple activities to accomplish desired result.

Requirements:

• Must have an interest in HR and looks to build a career path in the field.
• Must be smart and fast learner.
