    Human Resource Intern (NYSC)

    Key Responsibilities

    We seek a Human Resource Intern (NYSC) who can deliver or is willing to learn how to deliver on the following:

    • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects. 
    • Proofread HR documents including audits, marketing information, and handbooks.
    • Track the cost and effectiveness of media outlets for job postings.
    • Post new positions on various websites including myjobmag and hotnigeriajobs.
    • Sort incoming resumes and log them appropriately.
    • Complete and mail out offer and reject letters.
    • Coordinate candidate interviews (physicals and virtual), and medical test.
    • Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external. Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.
    • Work proactively with other team members.
    • Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.
    • Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able or escalate the request to a more senior team member.

    Requirements:

    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Personable, and able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly.
    • Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the people.
    • Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/problems.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
    • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
    • 0-1 year of administrative management experience.
    • Must be a Batch C Stream 1 Corp member posted to Abuja and needs a place of primary Assignment. 
    • Must have an interest in HR and look to build a career path in the field.
