Human Resource Intern at EZ37 Solutions

• Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with candidates
• Create recruitment materials and post jobs on job boards, websites, careers pages, and social media
• Assist in the planning of team bonding sessions, staff birthdays, and other events that may come up
• Create and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to aid both internal and external recruitment processes
• Develop job descriptions and specifications
• Headhunt and shortlist candidates by utilizing databases, social media, and other resources
• Examine candidates’ resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using a variety of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to screen candidates on time
• Provide the rest of the team with analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
• Update internal databases with new employee data, such as contact information and employment forms
• Perform reference checks, background checks, and performance management for clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in HR
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• BSc/BA in any related course
