We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. This role requires someone who can work primarily onsite(VI, Lagos), with occasional hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Oversee HRIS management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle payroll administration with precision and confidentiality.
Drive day-to-day people engagement, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
Support HR operations, policies, and people practices aligned with business needs.
Maintain proper employee information management and ensure compliance with internal policies.
