    Human Resource Generalist

    The HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition) is a critical role responsible for managing both the full-cycle recruitment process and supporting key generalist human resources functions. This individual will drive the company’s talent strategy by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring compliance and providing support in areas such as employee relations, and HR administration.

    Job Details

    • Talent Acquisition 
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, including job posting, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer generation.
    • Develop effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Coordinate onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees and manage administrative tasks related to employee departures.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and provide overall support.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong experience in full-cycle recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
    • Understanding of sourcing techniques, recruiting best practices, and employment law related to hiring.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
