    Human Resource Executive

    Job Summary

    • As our HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management for our spa.
    • You'll be responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment, managing employee relations, and implementing effective HR policies and practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Prepare job descriptions and conduct interviews.
    • Coordinate the hiring process and extend offers.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs.
    • Ensure new hires have the necessary tools and training to succeed.
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
    • Manage employee development plans.
    • Handle terminations in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Provide exit interviews and documentation.
    • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR matters.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Address employee concerns and resolve disputes.
    • Manage employee relations issues effectively.
    • Ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers.
    • Proficient in HR software and systems.
    • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the spa industry.
    • Experience with performance management and coaching.
