Human Resource Consultant Service Specialist / Team Lead at PG Consulting limited

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Summary of Responsibilities

• Develop human resource models, advise businesses on policies and procedures, and resolve any issues that a company might have with its workforce.
• Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
• Assists with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow in the program or section area.
• Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues relating to the assigned program or section area.
• Ensures program or section area is in compliance with established policies and procedures and with any relevant federal, state or local legislation.
• Assist in establishing control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of Master's Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 10 years of cognate experience as an HR consultant.
• Experience in project management preferably HR related.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
• A solid grasp of human resources methods, practices, principles, and functions.
• In-depth knowledge of research and analysis methods.
• Familiarity with HR technologies.
• Candidates should not be more than 48 years old.
