    Human Resource Assistant

    Job Descriptions

    • Assist the Human Resource Manager in all HR functions.
    • Send invitation to prospective staff for interview
    • Conduct aptitude test exactly the time mentioned on the invite notice
    • Entry of Prospective staff on HR Software at least within the first week of staff resumption to work
    • Confirmation of staff status and attitude from previous employer before staff confirmation
    • Staff Database update on swift database and excel record

    Minimum Requirement:

    • A graduate of Human Resource Management or any social science course
    • 1 to 2 years’ experience
    • Proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft office suite, HR softwares/ERP system
    • Report writing skills
    • Sound communication skills
    • Salary Range : NGN 80,000 – NGN 100,000
