Platform Finance is a newly establised CBN aproved financial company, which provieds loans,investment, and assest maangement services. Our office is located in Victoria Island, Lagos state.

Human Resource and Admin Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 - 7 years
- Location Lagos

- Salary Range ₦400,000 - ₦500,000/month
Job role: HR/Admin Manager
Remuneration: 450-500k monthly net.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR strategies that optimize organisational performance.
- Manage HR projects, including organisational development, cultural transformation, and change management.
- Identify training needs, manage succession plans, and enhance leadership programs.
- Oversee performance management, reward systems, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support recruitment processes with advanced techniques to attract top talent.
- HR Administration
Requirements:
- Minimum 5years experience in the finance sector.
- Proven ability to design and execute HR strategies effectively.
- Excellent client relationship and analytical skills.
- Bsc/HND in relevant fields.
- MBA/HR certification (HRCI,
- CIPM, SPHRI) is an added advantage.
- Proximity to the island is an added advantage.
