    Human Resource and Admin Manager

    Job Description

    • Communicating with interview candidates, and scheduling interviews
    • Managing the recruitment and selection process
    • Talent acquisition
    • Employee onboarding, induction, and orientation
    • Training proposals and development 6. Staff documentation 7. Monitor staff attendance
    • Ensure disciplinary cases and outcomes are treated in line with the organization's policies
    • Ensure accurate and timely update of staff records and reporting.
    • Staff Performance management
    • Staff training and development
    • Supervision of admin personnel, customer relations officers, cleaners and drivers for the effective discharge of their duties
    • Prepare Employee contracts
    • Assist other departments in effective performance management and administer the collation of performance management documentation
    • Ensure clearance and debriefing is done for exiting staff
