Human Resource/Administrative Officer at Swift Consulting

Minimum Qualification: BSC/HND/ OND Human resource management or any related course

Experience Level: High

Experience Length: 3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts

• Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
• Write emails, memos and letters

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience as an Admin/ HR officer
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Organizational skills

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
