Our Client an E-commerce company is recruiting for the below roles

Description

• Work with other members of the senior management team to formulate Company strategy and drive strategy execution.
• Develop and execute such HR strategies as will maintain the company’s trajectory of fast and sustainable growth.
• Formulate and implement cutting- edge HR & admin policies.
• Carryout HR planning, HR marketing, and talent acquisition.
• Institutionalize and drive a performance management system that will the productivity of each employer and ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives.
• Create and implement appropriate and competitive compensation & benefit strategies and policies.
• Enhance employee communication and engagement to ensure that the company remains one of the best companies to work for.
• Employee welfare and discipline in compliance with existing labor laws.
• Ensure the smooth running of the offices and the maintenance of company facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess an HND/BSc.  in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related social science discipline.
• Be brilliant in HR & Admin basics, but beyond these, be strategic.
• Possess excellent team building skills
• Highly result-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
• Have between 5- 7 years’ generalist HR experience in a demanding, high volume.  environment, as well as be ICT savvy, self-motivated.
• Membership of a professional people management body e.g., CIPMN, will be an advantage.
