HR Senior Specialist at MeWe Electronics

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadship: Serve as the core HR backbone for our appliance tedading group,independetly owning the full employee lifecycle(from onboarding to exit)and optimizing SOPs across retal outlets,warehouses without requiring managerrial oversight.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Act as the local expert on the Nigerian Labor Act;conduct internal audits,manage personnel files,pre-audit payroll,and autonomously resolve labor disputes to ensure 100% operantional compliance.
• Data-Driven Operations: Master HRIS and advanced Excel,analyze labor costs and provide actionable insights for management decisions.
• Full-Spectrum Execution: End-to-end management of Recruitment,Training,and Performance Management(KPI)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of HR experience speceifically within Nigeria's industry.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure, cross-cultrual environment.
• Candidates for the HR position are required to conduct basic conversations in Chinese and act as a communication bridge between Chinese staff and local employees.
