Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, fit, and alignment with company culture.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Job Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify talent pools and inform recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
