HR Outsourcing Trainee at Fadac Resources

Job Description.

• Maintain records with the use of an application tracking system, posting of jobs, conducting interviews, making job offers.
• Maintain human resource information confidentiality
• Implementing human resource procedures
• Lead the successful placement of candidates into qualifying positions.
• Participating in the recruitment process to fill multiple open job positions
• Contacting potential candidates via Linkedln, referrals and other mediums, sourcing of resumes from existing data base.
• Contact references and perform background checks      
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Assist with other responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or corp member with Bsc minimum in any discipline.
• Must reside in LAGOS preferably close to OGUDU
• Candidate must be very smart.
• Candidate should have interest in Human Resources/Recruitment Consulting
• Have an EXCELLENT knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and other Microsoft office software
• Must be computer and internet savvy
•  Must be a fast learner
