Upwards of 12 years experience

Senior consultant – HR & Organization Development Consulting

Upwards of 10 years experience

Consultant – HR & Organization Development Consulting

Upwards of 8 years experience

Consulting Executive – HR & Organization Development Consulting

Upwards of 5 years experience

Qualification

• HND, B.Sc/MSC in relevant disciplines
• Appropriate professional qualification will be an added advantage

Experience

• Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment
• Extensive Business Development skills
• Proposal preparation/presentation skill
• HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey etc)
