Job Summary

• The successful candidate will help to drive recruitment efforts for operational roles across the organization.
• The ideal candidate must have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier operational talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, job boards, and background check providers.
• Analyze and enhance existing operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations
• Certification in HR e.g. CIPM, aPHRI, etc. is an added advantage.
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills for reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
