The HR Operations Manager will oversee daily HR operations, ensure HRIS/ERP data accuracy, support payroll and benefits administration, maintain compliance with labour regulations, manage grievance processes, and ensure effective HR policy and document management.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
5–8 years HR operations experience (manufacturing or fast-paced environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRIS/ERP systems, payroll, and employee relations
