Job Summary

• We are hiring an HR Officer to support our growing team and help build a professional, people-first workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction
• Maintain employee records, contracts and attendance
• Support payroll processing and manage leave and benefits
• Handle employee relations, discipline and conflict resolution
• Coordinate training and performance appraisals
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• CIPM membership (or in progress) is an advantage
• 2+ years’ HR experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
• Excellent communication, discretion and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
