HR Officer at Tribest Coporate Support Ltd

Location: Chevron, Lekki and Ajah Axis, Lagos.
Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦500,000 monthly

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support effective people management, employee relations and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support performance management and employee engagement.
• Coordinate leave, attendance and other HR administration.
• Support training and staff development initiatives.
• Assist with payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Provide HR reports and administrative support to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 3–5 years\' experience in HR operations.
• CIPM qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
