HR Officer-Talent Acquisition at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives. This role requires hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing.
• Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, internal portals, etc.).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• BSC/HND
• 1-2 years’ Experience in HR
• Solid understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and job portals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet recruitment deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Candidate must reside in Ibadan and must have completed NYSC
