    HR Officer

    Nairametrics is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the delivery of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
    • Support performance management processes, including probation and confirmation reviews.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and labour law compliance.
    • Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support to staff.
    • Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training administration.
    • Prepare HR reports and other HR documentation.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
    • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • 2–4 years of cognate experience in Human Resources.
    • Good knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and Nigerian Labour Laws.
    • Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • CIPM certification is an added advantage.
