    HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support the effective delivery of HR operations across the organization.
    • The role holder will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
    • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
    • Assist in the preparation and issuance of offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence
    • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit processes
    • Support performance management, appraisal documentation, and HR reporting
    • Handle employee relations matters and provide first-level HR support to staff
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices
    • Support training coordination, staff welfare initiatives, and engagement activities
    • Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and attendance records
    • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
    • Minimum of 1–5 years relevant HR experience
    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or in progress) is an added advantage
    • Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
    • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as excel, pptand HR systems.
