1. Implement and ensure compliance with approved HR policies, processes and procedures.
2. Manage all employment benefits programme
3. source potential climates through various channels and manager end-end recruitment process
4. Collaborate with team leaders to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
5. stay updated on labour laws and employment regulations to ensure the organization\'s compliance
6. Certification is an added advantage
7. Use of Microsoft Office tools
8. Data Driven and attention to details
