    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales performance of our real estate business.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
    • Drive the sale of the company's real estate products and investment offerings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence for management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
    • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
    • Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, and customer follow-up activities using CRM tools.
    • Ensure compliance with the company's sales processes and policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years' proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
    • Professional certification in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
