QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science courses 
•  2+ years of experience in a similar HR role 
•  Certification from relevant professional body (CIPMN, PHRI or SHRM) is an added advantage 
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, Labour laws and best practices.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
