HR Officer at Avario Digitals

Description

• Avario Digitals is strengthening its internal structure and is seeking to engage an experienced HR Officer to provide human resource support. We are looking to fill this role immediately
• This role requires a proactive professional who is comfortable working in a growing SME environment and supporting day-to-day people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination (screening /interview) and onboarding support
• Preparation and management of employment documentation (Offer Letter / Contracts)and HR filing
• Leave and attendance administration
• Support with performance review coordination
• HR records management and reporting
• Employee relations support and basic HR advisory.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years HR experience (SME / agency experience is an advantage)
• Strong documentation and organisational skills
• Good understanding of Nigerian HR and people processes
• Professional, discreet and structured
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate Start. 

Compensation
N180,000 – N250,000 monthly (depending on experience and scope).
