Compensation: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly Gross + Benefits

Job Summary

The HR Officer will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and knowledgeable about HR best practices and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
• Support recruitment processes for vacant roles.
• Administer payroll and employee benefits (health insurance, leave, retirement plans).
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Handle terminal benefits and end-of-service processes.
• Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience; construction industry experience is an advantage.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR software and labour regulations.
