Job Summary

As our HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, developing the workforce, and implementing strategies to optimize organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the business. 
• Ensure all employees are trained in workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, employee satisfaction, and productivity. 
• Design and oversee the implementation of performance management programs, including annual reviews, KPIs, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and relevant certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM). 
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in an FMCG or QSR
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices specific to the FMCG/QSR industry.

Salary 

₦700,000 to ₦800,000 net
