    HR Manager

    Summary

    • An HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and ensuring that the organization's workforce is effectively managed in line with company policies and labor laws.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
    • Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
    • Oversee compensation, payroll, benefits, and welfare administration.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
    • Coordinate training and capacity-building initiatives.
    • Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Support workforce planning and organizational development.
    • Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
    • Prepare HR reports and provide management with workforce insights.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an added advantage.
    • Typically 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
