    HR Manager

    Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000

    Are you an experienced HR professional looking to grow your career in real estate development? Join our fast-growing team and help us build a thriving workplace!

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead HR operations & implement people strategies
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding & employee relations
    • Oversee payroll, performance management & compliance
    • Drive employee engagement & development programs

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 3–4 years HR experience (real estate/construction industry preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws & HR best practices
    • Great communication, problem-solving & organizational skills
    • CIPM/SHRM certification is a plus
